On the ground floor there are two-bedroom apartments - a kitchen (electric stove, multi-cooker, fridge, electric kettle, sink, dishes, table with benches, TV); 2 double rooms (each has a double bed, a wardrobe); 2 bathrooms (in one there is a shower cubicle, a toilet, a wash basin, in the other - a toilet, a wash basin).

On the second floor (separate entrance to the courtyard) - a hall (folding sofa, TV, balcony); 2 one-room apartments (each with a double bed, a wardrobe, a kitchenette - an electric stove, a fridge, an electric kettle, dishes, a sink, a dining table; a bathroom - a shower cubicle, a toilet, a washstand); bathroom (shower, WC).

Heating: electric convectors.

Water supply: cold water constantly, hot - 4 boilers per 100 liters.

Food:

• You can cook your own food in the kitchen.
• The nearest cafe is 1.5 km and the shop is 100 m.

Service included in the price:

• Parking, taxi call.
• Satellite TV.
• Use of a washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
• Rooms are cleaned and towels (2 per person) are changed on request, bed linen is changed every 5 days.
